Wayne is punctual, informative, communicative, resourceful, and a listener.
His adaptability makes him an all-around, top-tier realtor for every sort of buyer or seller. He keeps up-to-date information on things as small as building material and as big as local legislature. If he doesn't have an answer for something immedietely, he will have it and communicate it witin a day (if not sooner). I could not recommend a better realtor, informant, or facilitator than Wayne.
